1. No Return After Delivery and shipping
All orders are carefully packed before shipping. Once an order is dispatched and delivered, it is not eligible for return. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

3. Refunds
Refunds are provided ਫੋਰ approved cases such as damaged or wrongly shipped items. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
