Shipping Policy – Ustat Kitab Ghar

1. Processing & Dispatch
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time & Tracking
Delivery within Canada and USA usually takes 3–7 business days, and international orders except USA may take 5-12 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number will be shared by email once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges & Address
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address; re-shipping due to an incorrect address will require additional charges.

4. Delays, Loss or Damage
Delivery times may vary due to courier or weather conditions. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details so we can assist with a solution.
